Arbor Day Poetry Contest
An annual Arbor Day competition for Kindergarten - 8th grade students in Clarendon County. There will be a first place county winner named for each grade level.
Arbor Day is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant and care for trees. Arbor Day in South Carolina is the first Friday in December because this is when the climate is suitable for planting trees.
